Terms of Use
Last updated
These Terms of Use apply to customsupplygroup.com, operated by Custom Supply Group, LLC. By using the site you agree to them. Orders for custom apparel are governed by our Master Service Agreement.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our apparel and to contact us for your business. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, try to access it in unauthorized ways, or submit information that is false or that you do not have the right to share.
Information on the site
We work to keep prices, specifications, and timelines accurate. Prices shown are per piece and before tax and shipping. Turnaround times are estimates: we advertise an estimated seven weeks from order to in hand, and holidays and factory closures can add time. Garments shown blank are shown to show the cut. A quote or order confirmation controls over anything on the site.
Our content and customer work
The site, its text, design, and photographs belong to Custom Supply Group or are used with permission. The custom apparel shown in our gallery was designed for our customers, and their names and logos belong to them. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
What you send us
When you send logo files, brand guidelines, imagery, or ideas, you confirm that you have the right to share them and allow us to use them to design and produce your apparel. Logo creation is not included in our service; you provide the logo files.
Links to other sites
The site links to and embeds content from other services, such as YouTube and Dirt World. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Custom Supply Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
