What is the minimum order for custom polo shirts?
Custom Supply Group's minimum is 25 pieces per design, color, garment, and fit. Sizes can be mixed within those 25 pieces.
How many shirts should my company order?
Start with your headcount. Custom Supply Group works best for teams of 25 or more, and many companies add extra pieces for new hires and events.
How much do custom company polos cost?
Custom Supply Group polos start at $71 each for 25 to 49 pieces and drop to $57 each at 250 to 499 pieces. For 500 units or more, Custom Supply Group will provide a custom quote. Design and one logo are included.
Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. Custom Supply Group can ship a sample so you can check the fit and fabric first.
What does Custom Supply Group make?
Custom Supply Group makes custom polos, quarter zips, full zips, vests, and hoodies for companies, plus youth sizes for company families and events.
What fabric are your shirts made from?
Custom Supply Group garments use an 88/12 or 93/7 polyester and spandex blend with four-way stretch. The fabric is moisture-wicking and anti-microbial.
How do your polos fit?
Custom Supply Group polos have a tailored fit that runs trim.
Do you offer women's styles?
Yes. Every Custom Supply Group garment comes in a tailored women's fit. Many teams outfit women in our women's quarter zips.
Where are your shirts made?
Custom Supply Group apparel is designed in-house, cut and sewn in India, and decorated in the US.
Are your polos a good fit for outdoor work?
Custom Supply Group polos use moisture-wicking fabric with four-way stretch, so crews can move freely on job sites and outdoor shifts.
Should I choose printing or embroidery?
Custom Supply Group offers embroidery, heat transfer, and sublimation. Your designer recommends the method that best fits your logo and garment.
Is design included in the price?
Yes. Every Custom Supply Group order includes a custom design from our in-house designer at no extra charge.
How long until I see my design?
Custom Supply Group sends 2 to 3 design options within 5 business days of your request.
How long does a custom apparel order take?
A Custom Supply Group order arrives about 7 weeks after you approve your design.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to anywhere in the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. International shipping (including Canada and Mexico) are subject to international rates and additional customs / duties related fees.
What happens if something arrives damaged or defective?
If anything arrives damaged or defective, please email us directly within the 7 day inspection period so that we can replace any damaged or defective items.
Will these polos improve my golf game?
Officially, we can't say yes. However, wearers have reported shooting their best scores in our shirts.
