Custom Pattern Polo Shirts, Built From Your Brand
A custom pattern polo has your brand designed into the whole shirt. Custom Supply Group calls its version micro print. Our designer turns your logo, your products, and your story into small icons, then builds those icons into a pattern no other company can wear.

Details▼
Custom sublimated polos, designed from scratch
Your design is dyed into the fabric itself before the shirt is cut and sewn, so the pattern is part of the fabric instead of a layer sitting on top of it.
It is not a screen print, and you cannot feel it.
How micro print works
From across the room it reads as a sharp, quiet pattern. Up close, people find the details: a tool you use, a boat you build, a skyline, a founding year. That second look gives your team something to talk about, and it gives your brand a shirt that can't be ordered out of a catalog.
Themed patterns use hand-drawn icons made for your industry.
Where teams use it
Golf tournaments, trade shows, company uniforms, and client gifts.

Every style also comes in solids, stripes, checks, and seasonal patterns, in our colors or yours.
Questions▼
What is a micro print polo?
A polo with a small repeating pattern made from your own brand elements, like your logo or the products you make. It is designed from scratch for one company.
Does a custom pattern cost extra?
No. Custom apparel design is included on every order, along with one placement of your existing logo. You provide the logo files; logo creation is not included.
Can you match our brand colors?
Yes. Send us your brand guide and we design the whole piece in your colors.
Can the same pattern go on quarter zips and hoodies?
Yes. One design can carry across polos, quarter zips, vests, and hoodies.
How does the pattern get on the shirt?
Through sublimation. Your design is dyed into the fabric itself before the shirt is cut and sewn, so the pattern is part of the fabric instead of a layer sitting on top of it. It is not a screen print, and you cannot feel it.
Will a custom pattern look too loud?
No. We keep it professional, clean, and subtle. From a few feet away most of our patterns read as a texture. Up close, it is your brand all the way through.
