Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Custom Supply Group, LLC ("Custom Supply Group," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit customsupplygroup.com or ask us to design and produce custom apparel. Custom Supply Group is a U.S. company with a nationwide presence that designs premium custom branded apparel for companies.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us and a limited amount of information collected automatically.

  • Contact and company details you enter in our forms: name, company, email, and phone (optional).
  • Project details: how many people are on your team, the date you need apparel in hand, the garment and quantity you priced, and how you heard about us.
  • Sample pack requests: your estimated order size and shipping address.
  • Files and brand materials you send us, such as logo files, brand guidelines, imagery, and ideas.
  • First-view attribution: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). This is kept in your browser's session storage for the current tab only.
  • Analytics data from Google Analytics 4, only if you allow analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Reply to your request, set up your 15-minute call, and prepare your free custom design and mockups.
  • Quote, produce, decorate, and ship your order, and send sample packs.
  • Understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, and improve the site.
  • Coordinate vendor onboarding with your finance team when you ask us to, such as providing a W-9.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

  • Our form and customer relationship provider, RocketFuel, which receives the information you submit through site forms.
  • Google, for Google Analytics 4 when you allow analytics, and for the Google Fonts and YouTube embeds the site loads.
  • Our manufacturing partner in India, which prints, cuts, and sews each order, and our decoration and shipping partners in the United States, which receive the order details they need.
  • QuickBooks, which we use for invoicing and payments.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep project and order records for as long as we need them to serve you, handle reorders (your design stays on file, so a reorder skips the design step), and meet legal obligations. For leads that do not become orders, we keep any assets sent to us on file until we receive a request for removal.

Your choices

You can turn analytics cookies on or off at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop sending you marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Business audience

Our site and services are for companies and organizations. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
