Custom Embroidered Polo Shirts and Logo Options
Custom Supply Group adds your existing logo by embroidery or heat transfer, and one logo placement is included on every order. We design the apparel, not your logo. Most embroidered polos are a stock shirt with stitching added. Ours is designed from scratch for your brand first, then finished with your logo.

Details▼
Embroidery or heat transfer
Embroidery gives a raised, stitched logo and suits simple marks on the chest or sleeve. Heat transfer sits flat and handles fine detail and small text well. We'll recommend one based on your logo.
Intricate logos
If your logo has very fine detail, send a photo of how it has been embroidered before. It helps us choose the right method and set expectations up front.
Looking for screen printed polos?
We don't screen print onto stock shirts. Your colors and pattern are designed into the piece itself, and logos are added by embroidery or heat transfer.
Questions▼
Is logo embroidery included?
One placement of your existing logo is included on every order. Additional logo locations can be added for a small charge per piece. Logo creation is not included.
Is embroidery or heat transfer better for polo shirts?
Embroidery suits simple logos and gives a stitched look. Heat transfer suits fine detail and small text. We recommend a method after we see your logo.
Can you embroider golf shirts for a tournament?
Yes. Golf polos can carry an embroidered event or sponsor logo on top of a design made for the tournament.
How does the pattern get on the shirt?
Through sublimation. Your design is dyed into the fabric itself before the shirt is cut and sewn, so the pattern is part of the fabric instead of a layer sitting on top of it. It is not a screen print, and you cannot feel it.
