# Built on Vision, Worn with Purpose
If you have ever worked a trade show or opened a company welcome box, you know the shirt. Solid or striped, a logo on the chest, and nothing about it that is actually yours. Across careers in consulting, construction, and tech, the three of us collected enough of those shirts to see the truth: the custom apparel industry had stopped being custom.
So we started Custom Supply Group to make apparel worth wearing. Designed from your story. Built in fabric people reach for. Backed by a team that treats your brand like our own.

## The people behind it
Caring for the people right in front of us by selling premium custom apparel. That is the whole job.
It started with a smaller idea. One of our co-founders wanted to make a great golf polo that a college kid could afford. We learned how to build a shirt from raw fabric, and we learned a premium polo did not have to cost what the big names charge. Along the way we saw where that skill was needed most: company apparel, where every shirt looked the same. So we stopped making our shirt and started designing yours.

### How is this different from a logo on a polo?
A catalog polo is a stock shirt with your logo stitched on, and any company can order the same one. We design the whole piece for your brand, from the pattern to the colors, so nobody else can order your shirt.

Polos start at $71 per piece at 25 units and step down to $57 at 250 to 499. Orders of 500 or more get a custom quote. That includes custom apparel design and one embroidered placement of your existing logo. You provide the logo files; logo creation is not included. There are no setup charges.

Yes, 25 units per style. A style is one design in one garment, color, and fit. If your team is smaller than that, adding client or executive gifts often gets you there.

# Master Service Agreement

This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") applies to every custom apparel order between Custom Supply Group, LLC ("CSG," "we") and the business placing the order ("Customer," "you"). Each approved quote or order confirmation ("Order") is governed by this Agreement. If an Order says something different, the Order controls for that Order only.
## 1. Services
CSG designs and produces custom tops: polos, quarter zips, pullovers, vests, full zips, hoodies, and hooded long sleeves, in men's, women's, and youth cuts. Design is free on every order. Each order includes one placement of your existing logo. CSG designs the apparel, not the logo; you provide the logo files, and logo creation is not included.
## 2. Quotes and pricing
Prices are per piece and depend on garment and quantity, with price breaks at 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 units. Orders of 500 or more units per style are quoted individually. Additional logo locations are $4 each, embroidered or heat transfer, and sizes over XL add $2 per piece. There are no setup charges. Prices exclude tax and shipping, which are added to your invoice.
A quote is valid for 30 days. Published prices may change; the price in your approved Order controls.
## 3. Minimums and styles
The minimum is 25 units per style. A style is one garment with its own design, color, garment type, and men's or women's fit. Sizes mix freely inside a style. Different designs, colors, or fits each need their own 25.
## 4. Design, proofs, and approval
After a 15-minute call, your first mockup arrives about five business days after we have your logo files. We revise the design with you until you approve it. Before anything goes into full production, we test print and send photo proofs for your approval. A physical proof can be shipped on request and adds time to the schedule.
Your written approval of the final proof authorizes production. You are responsible for checking spelling, colors, logo placement, sizes, and quantities on the proof. Colors are matched to your brand guide as closely as the fabric and process allow.
## 5. Deposits and payment
Our payment terms are net 30 from date of invoice. Payment in full is required by term dates unless otherwise stated by Custom Supply Group.
We can coordinate vendor onboarding with your finance team, including new vendor packets and a W-9.
## 6. Production and in-hands dates
Each order is printed using sublimation, cut, and sewn from raw fabric by our manufacturing partner in India, then comes to the United States for final decoration, where logos are embroidered or applied, before it ships to you.
Delivery takes an estimated seven weeks from order to in hand, as long as approvals come back within a day or two. Holidays and factory closures can add time. If you need apparel for an event or a launch, tell us the in-hands date on the first call and we will count back from it; we recommend allowing about eleven weeks for design and production. In-hands dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless an Order states otherwise in writing.
Final delivery is handled via UPS Ground Shipping. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: risk of loss and title transfer terms, if the Agreement should state them]
## 7. Artwork ownership and license
You keep all rights to your logos, trademarks, and brand materials, and you confirm you have the right to let us use them. You grant CSG a limited license to use them to design, proof, produce, and deliver your Orders.
Custom patterns we design for your brand are made for you alone, and we will not sell the same design to another company. Designs created with a partner, such as a Dirt World design you start from, may be offered to other customers of that program.
Ownership of the custom pattern artwork remains with CSG under an exclusive license. Source files and designs are not provided unless requested.
CSG has the right to use any and all designs, photos, and apparel for any marketing, promotional, social media, or similar purpose. Customers can opt out by written request.
Your design stays on file for reorders.
## 8. Sample packs
A sample pack contains a finished polo from a past design so you can see the print and feel the fabric before you order. Sample packs are for businesses planning an order of 25 units or more per style. Pre production samples are priced at sample rates determined by Custom Supply Group at the date of request. Pre-made samples are free and limited to 1 per customer.
## 9. Defects and reorders
Please inspect your order on arrival. If items are defective in materials or workmanship, or do not match the approved proof, tell us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will repair, replace, or credit the affected items. Differences that fall within the approved proof, normal variation in color between screens and fabric, and sizes you selected are not defects.
Everything is made to order and we hold no inventory, so a reorder meets the same 25 unit minimum per style. Your design stays on file, so a reorder skips the design step.
## 10. Changes and cancellations
Design and virtual mockups are free, so you can stop before approving a proof at no cost.
After proof approval, materials and production start for your brand alone. If an order is canceled after an invoice has been issued and production has begun, all payments made are non-refundable and any unpaid balance on that invoice remains due.
## 11. Warranty and liability
Except as stated in section 9, products are provided without other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
CSG's total liability for any Order is limited to the amount paid for that Order, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or event costs.
## 12. General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Carolina. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control. This Agreement and your Orders are the entire agreement on their subject. Changes must be in writing.

This Privacy Policy explains how Custom Supply Group, LLC ("Custom Supply Group," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit customsupplygroup.com or ask us to design and produce custom apparel. Custom Supply Group is a U.S. company with a nationwide presence that designs premium custom branded apparel for companies.
## Information we collect
We collect information you give us and a limited amount of information collected automatically.
- Contact and company details you enter in our forms: name, company, email, and phone (optional).
- Project details: how many people are on your team, the date you need apparel in hand, the garment and quantity you priced, and how you heard about us.
- Sample pack requests: your estimated order size and shipping address.
- Files and brand materials you send us, such as logo files, brand guidelines, imagery, and ideas.
- First-view attribution: the page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign parameters in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). This is kept in your browser's session storage for the current tab only.
- Analytics data from Google Analytics 4, only if you allow analytics cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
## How we use information
We use information to:
- Reply to your request, set up your 15-minute call, and prepare your free custom design and mockups.
- Quote, produce, decorate, and ship your order, and send sample packs.
- Understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site, and improve the site.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding with your finance team when you ask us to, such as providing a W-9.
- Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
## How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Our form and customer relationship provider, RocketFuel, which receives the information you submit through site forms.
- Google, for Google Analytics 4 when you allow analytics, and for the Google Fonts and YouTube embeds the site loads.
- Our manufacturing partner in India, which prints, cuts, and sews each order, and our decoration and shipping partners in the United States, which receive the order details they need.
- QuickBooks, which we use for invoicing and payments.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
## How long we keep information
We keep project and order records for as long as we need them to serve you, handle reorders (your design stays on file, so a reorder skips the design step), and meet legal obligations. For leads that do not become orders, we keep any assets sent to us on file until we receive a request for removal.
## Your choices
You can turn analytics cookies on or off at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop sending you marketing email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

What counts as a style for the 25 unit minimum?
A style is one garment with its own design, color, garment type, and men's or women's fit. Sizes mix freely inside a style. Different designs, colors, or fits each need their own 25.
Do reorders have a minimum?
Yes. Everything is made to order and we hold no inventory, so a reorder meets the same 25 unit minimum per style. Your design stays on file, so a reorder skips the design step.
Our team is smaller than 25. Does this still work?
Often, yes. Small teams usually order a few extras in a spread of sizes for new hires, client gifts, or the contractors they work with.
What if I do not know everyone's size?
